Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn is an American actress from America. She is best known for her role as Skyler White on The AMC drama series Breaking Bad for which she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. As well as playing Martha Bullock and Jean Ward, she has appeared in The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in the year 1968. She fell in love acting in the Preparatory school, before moving to Ohio together with her family during the early 1970s. She attended Northwestern University to study theatre and was also a student at the British American Drama Academy. Anna worked by the theater in the Chicago area for several years, before attempting her hand at TV and film roles. In 1992 Anna was offered her first big role as Arden in 29 episodes of Down the Shore. After appearing as a Guest on several TV shows and Films, including Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue in the 1990's, she was chosen to play Jean Ward as part of The Practice. The role was played by Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons throughout the decade of 2000. Skyler was the character she played in Breaking Bad. Sully was one of her characters. Gunn took the stage to star in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. She also had a role in Numbered Day, which is a series of audio-based plays. Breaking Bad's story is usually driven by the relationship with Walter White, his wife Skyler and their uneasy relationship. The decline of their relationship is akin to Walter White's final days.
